I’ve spent more than two decades working with owners, operators, and teams across a wide range of industries. My work has always centered on clarity — understanding how a business really works, what drives value, and what helps people make informed decisions.

I hold an MBA and spent 20 years as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a designation earned through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). That background gives me a practical, real‑world understanding of valuation, preparation, buyer expectations, and how deals actually work — knowledge I now use independently, without listings or commissions.

Today, I combine that experience with a calm, independent approach that helps owners and buyers move forward without pressure, sales tactics, or hidden agendas.

Why I Built a Home‑Based Practice

After more than two decades working with business owners, I learned that the best conversations happen in calm, private settings—away from noise, pressure, and the expectations that come with a traditional office. When I started this practice, I chose to build it from my home for a reason. It keeps the work grounded, keeps overhead low, and allows me to stay focused on clear thinking and honest guidance.

I meet owners where they are—at their business, over a structured call, or in a quiet space where we can talk through real decisions. A home‑based practice gives me the independence to work this way, and it keeps the relationship centered on trust, clarity, and your goals—not on appearances.
